The Sultan bin Abd Al-Aziz Al-Saud Foundation is a Saudi-based philanthropic organization established in 1995 in  Riyadh to provide social services and health care for the elderly and comprehensive rehabilitation programs for the disabled, and children with special needs, in addition to a number of ambitious housing, educational, and medical
programs. Its Board of Directors is chaired by its founder, His Royal Highness Prince Sultan, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.

Within a few years of its establishment, the Sultan bin Abd Al-Aziz Al-Saud Foundation emerged as one of the largest of its kind in the world.
